This is practical. As is magic regarding one's wardrobe. There's no mischief to this.

I don't know about him, but I only just began regaining my magic and learning about it. I'm not sure what more mischief I can get into other than hiding the alcohol from Goose.

You're such an amateur, Phoenix. The amount of mischief I've gotten myself into even when I've had zero magical prowess... Gods, you wouldn't believe it. Magic only sweetens the deal, though.

My idea of mischief has always been do the exact thing people don't expect of me. Members of the Disorder are usually believed to be troublemakers and bad news.

That sounds inconvenient and like getting tongue-tied at the worst possible moment.

But I think it must ground him. Even if it's unnecessary for your magic, it might be helpful at times. I still uses runes and spell circles every now and then myself.

Witchcraft still requires spells and runes. I've - I remember using a little to help with my other magic a little before, too.

Of course. I just rely on them less nowadays what with my sorcery taking a more metaphorical approach to things. But the classics are classics for a reason, especially when you're new to magic.

Like, how I don't need to use the spell to make a broomstick for flying anymore, but it's still nice to have and use.

Ugh, it's people like you who make everyone else assume I know how to fly!

[They're joking. Except about not knowing how to fly. It is the funniest limitation to their powers ever.]
