INCLUDES

٭ the ability to permanently change the appearance of an item, but it cannot be drastically different. so he can turn a couch or bench into a bed or seeds into pebbles but he can't turn say... a cellphone into a massive television. there has to be a reasonable equivalent
٭ the ability to change his and others clothing at will/subconsciously. this can also include cool hairdos/make-up
٭ slightly contradictory, he can make changes to the environment around him to a certain degree. he can change a room to look less like a room and more like a "set" in that maybe he wants to make his room look like a forest under a sky but there will be obvious tells that this is not the real thing. this is self-contained to a singular normal bedroom room area and the more he tries to do the more power it takes. this can be permanent if smaller actions taken (like turning his ceiling into a sky feature) or semi-permanent if too large.
٭ very, very minor ability to make something he believes in happen. essentially, it still has to reasonably be able to happen on its on with work. so he's, as mentioned in psionics, able to will candles to light or make flying broomsticks because technically they should since he's applied all the rules to make it happen and believes it should.
٭ he can change things back to how they were with similar/less energy
٭ emotional distress can make things change without him wanting it to
٭ idk how to explain this other then i swear i'm not using it to make crazy things happen chaos magic/reality warping is just stupid
