Countess Zorya is the one to answer Billy's call. What she can offer is a small shop in town with a decently-sized apartment overhead. Inside, the walls of both the shop and apartment are painted pitch black and dotted with stars that shift on their own to mimic the night sky above.

In exchange, Zorya would ask for a custom line to be sold in Billy's shop in her honor, all dark, witchy cloaks and twisting arm cuffs and plenty of snake and dusk imagery. She'll even allow for her likeness to be sold on shirts or posters, as long as it's all every elegant and Billy pays tribute to her every now and then. What Javora doesn't know, won't hurt her.
