✧ First Impressions

Seemingly normal looking teenager. A little more toned than he appears, but otherwise lanky. He's a goth twink. He'll be leaning into the witchy fashion more than the cottagecore fashion and always has some form of black eyeliner/painted nails. Multiple ear piercings and jewelry.



For those who can sense it, he will feel like two reincarnated souls merged into one and that that soul is born from chaos magic. He's said to be literally overflowing with life energy, but mostly it's creation not necessarily evil but can appear dark. Magically very powerful and there's already hints of divine destiny so ??? I don't know. Comic lore, do with it what you will but the soul part is most important.

Billy is an empath-based telepath who can see into people's minds, control them, and subconsciously access their subconscious to (like his mother) make them hallucinate/view their memories. The last part is something I'm not touching. Control is only based on plotting and I am going to make a permissions post for the empath/telepathy but I will only ever use this to increase CR and am otherwise happy to say [static noises]. As a general rule, if it's a highly emotional Ritual I might go with he's getting intense emotion of the vibe [ so desire or embarassment for a kissing game, probably ] but not pinpoint it to anyone.
