He is a strong user of psionic magic - a natural born empathic based telepath - and reality warping. As per word of god, he will feel like two souls intertangled together and may feel like a very young/new soul (because he is). His soul is also made up of chaos magic, which may appear dark but not necessarily evil and a lot like life/creation energy. He's described as literally overflowing with life energy. PRACTICAL MAGICK 𓆩✩𓆪 A shop found west of the Market and close to the forest. The shop's focus is on clothing of the gothic (witch-y) variety and clothing in this variety can be found readily available. Other clothing can be tailored or custom-made upon request. As a deal from Countess Zorya, the store hosts a line of witchy cloaks and other items in her honor. If someone asks, there is actual witchcraft items available. Billy lives in the apartment upstairs. Essentially born as an empath-based telepath, to spare his parents hearts he took on the role of their son William and sacrificed who he was. A "gentle soul," who loves magic and adventure stories, his own has always been marred by death. As the mixture of two souls in one body, in his day-to-day life, Billy is a kind-hearted, trusting, and caring boy. This both is and isn't a mask and Billy's lived most of his life putting on masks to fit the situation. Billy exists as a cool, quieter, darker and more still version of himself to protect the softer inside that is William. ROMANCE Completely open if it comes up! Billy is canonically gay, so I will only consider m/m ships of in the same age range (15-19 at most since he'll be turning seventeen soon). His type is honestly pretty open outside of that, because he is the kind of person to see people and latch onto who they are. Balance is good and I'd prefer something sweet/nice versus something manipulative out of character because.... look he has a lot going on. POSITIVE CRS Friendships with kids closer to his age where he can just good off and banter with! Fellow witches to practice and learn magic from. Adults are good for mentoring/found family dynamics. Billy will give and give to others because of how some of his powers work and won't consider himself first, so people who encourage a little more selfishness are Good. Also honestly feel free to keep him out of trouble. NEGATIVE CR Open to discussion and development! Negative CR for the sake of it is a big no for me and for a character like Billy they can be mean to him and he'll probably still find that one good thing. Which is not me saying it won't happen, but a person would have to have true malicious intent for him to truly dislike them. AS SAID BY CLIFF: "You're probably the most, you know. Dumbfuck selfless person I've ever met." CHARACTER PERMISSIONS PHYSICAL AFFECTION Yes! In most instances he will be a receptive and affectionate boy. It's very rare in a scene he won't be. He's also very likely to reach for someone's hand, arm, or hug them. PHYSICAL VIOLENCE Yes, but please warn me and talk to me if you think it will escalate to mutilation or killing. RELATIONSHIPS: Definitely up for talking about. OOCly, I prefer age appropriate relationships and while I know teens will be teens prefer FTB/assume versus play out unless it's scene appropriate and only with people I feel comfortable with/talk to about doing so. PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION Billy is a strong telepath/telekinetic and psionic magick user. He does have a permissions post here for how I will use it and how it works. When it comes to others: He's unpracticed in blocking others but CAN be powerful if he learns to. Currently, he is p. open unless he feels he needs defensive matters and is usualllly pretty emotionally open but has a tendency to lock down some or have a lot of self-hatred worthy thoughts. MAGICAL INFORMAITON Billy is a young and powerful witch - Sadly one of the most powerful magic users in the Marvel universe so feel free to register that. His soul is also made of chaos magic and per word of god is two souls intertwined together and likely feels v. young because he may mentally/physically be sixteen but he's also literally three-years-old.
